Our founder is a world-class Jiu Jitsu competitor and instructor from Brazil who missed the taste of home when he moved to Lubbock.  He and his wife partnered with a local chef (who also happens to be a Jiu Jitsu world champion). Together they’re bringing the best Brazilian flavors here to Texas!
